Westview Security Estate

Beautiful place for those looking to start a new life in a new property. I was there delivering a gift to a friend and was quite impressed at what I saw. The Security guards are friendly and helpful. All round great service definitely

Beautiful, clean and secured estate.

Though Cosmo took time to attend to my complain, but they eventually did and the electrician who came to the house was kind enough to explained that the fuse for the geyser is burned and replaced it, they check the geyser thoroughly to ensure that all is in order before leaving. They were very professional and helpful.

There is a good side and a bad side...firstly the bad if you are somebody who loves peace and quietness this place is not for you ,because noise and disturbance is always here monday to sunday from early as 6 am to 10 and 11 pm.People have parties and bashes almost every weekend ...kids play on the street screaming and shouting ...even though there is 3 playgrounds ...2 of them are always occupied by noisy and irritating teenagers and adults playing soccer every single day or having turn ups where the playgrounds were specifally made for children. Residents drive fast and actually bump children on roads without even stopping seen this with my own eyes Good side the estate is clean and the houses are very good to live in taking the space and design in consideration. But overall wouldbnt recommed anyone to live here for more than 1 year ..because we could nt even last for 2 years

Highly dissatisfied with the property. I actually live in an open grave. Over three years reporting defects. I would appreciate directors of Cosmopolitan urgently can come demolish and construct this house afresh before my family suffer any fatalities. My house have defects from roof to bottom but unfortunately reports received over two years are technically not sound. No justice, being treated like illiterate and undermined by race and gender. I appeal not to be referred to the 086 numbe it's always experiencing high call volume.

Nice Houses, Different Sizes and number of rooms to choose from, Sales Consultants are Friendly. Now offering property for both rental and Sale. Did I mention immediate occupation option, this is one of the best thing if you wanna stay straight away. Great place indeed: access to Public transport, sales and rental offices on site.

The houses are built with very poor quality material. Most 3 year old houses have lots of errors from cracks to holes in between tiles. I regret ever buying a house here. Cosmopolitan didn't take buyers serious at all. However the new estate built opposite our looks great. They 'fixed' lots of houses, but doesn't add quality to their work. You can't even drill the wall because it's like a mud house!!! Security at the gate is fine, no complains about it. The estate looks exactly like a township! Hundreds of kids are always running around the streets playing different activities, this is exactly what townships look like! These houses are not even a good sell, they are way overpriced, and you can't even sell when you want to!!!!

This place is the bottom of the bottom. Cosmopolitan houses are a sham!!! Not a best first buy or for investment purposes. Do your research before buying. The houses are cracking, tiles are lifting floors and walls. Mould growing in bathrooms. And cosmopolitan won't assist. You get more excu88ses more than assistance when you complain. Cosmopolitan and Gordon Homes are the worst.
