Capago moved to plush new offices in the Forefront , and the whole experience is just so chilled! While waiting for my appointment, I was offered coffee and biscuits! And then, not having to wait long, I was seen 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time! By a friendly lady who helped me and even waited that I got the correct medical insurance paper from my medical aid. After that I had to go for fingerprints and photos, all done by friendly personnel! Kudos for Capago!!

Great service! Everyone from reception and security right through to our clerk were friendly, courteous and communicated well. Bring an umbrella if it's rainy cause there isn't much shelter outside while you wait. It's best to book an early morning appointment if you can. There's also a Vida Café in the center right near here so you can grab a coffee before or after your appointment. I would advise you make sure you have ALL your correct documents so the process goes quicker. Highly recommend.

Can confirm this is the correct location of their new offices. They moved from Black River Park to the Towers South building apparently around the weekend of 17/06/2023.

If you have an appointment at a certain time, pitch up earlier and wait till the appointed time, as there will be plenty people who have the same time. Come earlier and you will be served earlier after the appointed time. Make sure that you have all your required docs, very important. Staff are very helpful and they know their stuff.

Super friendly, helpful and informative staff at CAPAGO Cape Town. Offices are very clean, easy to find and plenty of parking on site which is safe and enclosed. If needing a schengen visa for France, CAPAGO Cape Town I would say is your bes5 option.

Staff were very friendly and reassured me my application was in order - they could probably see I was a bit nervous as this was my first visa application. My passport and application was in my maiden surname, but some of my supporting documents were in my married surname. I pointed it out to them and they accepted my abridged marriage certificate as proof of my second surname. 15 days from application to receiving my passport back

Service was perfectly fine and the people friendly. But there are no public bathrooms. Changing diapers and having a pregnant wife here, and there is no bathroom? Had to change our baby on a wet bench outside - luckily it wasn't raining anymore. It sounds like the security staff also do not have access to toilets during the day. How is this even possible / legal?

This our second year using Capago for our Visa applications and the process was very smooth. The staff is really friendly and helpful, from security to the consultants. The process is quick and efficient. Also huge thanks to Charmaine which was such a nice person to deal with, she guided as and made sure everything was in order. Keep it up!

I opted for the Platinum “treatment”. Sending my documents prior to my appointment was useless. No answer after sending my docs. At least they kept to my appointment time regardless of a lot of other people sitting waiting. The whole process was quick. I will still pay that bit extra in spite of the documents checking failure.

These people will do absolutely anything to compel you to use their more expensive service. Including misleading tactics. For example, on their website they say you’ll need one photo for certain visas. When you arrive they ask for another — and if you don’t have one they’ll charge you an extra R700. Luckily we expected these kinds of shenanigans and came with extra everything. Just double check you have absolutely every form and every detail in place. If you’re going in a group, I recommend that one person does their application first, to make sure all the ducks are in a row before the rest apply.
