Shafiq's Travel and Tours

I'm writing this while being on route to makkah, although my in-laws don't want to complain but I'm going to complain in written in Arabic and English to the Saudi hajj authorities from this travel agent. This travel agent knew we got a disable person, I called his contact/ transport in madina a day before and said we got a disable person just to confirm, but still his transport in madina made us wait for 2 and half hours to send a taxi that the driver says he just picked me up by the side of the road and asked if I want to go to makkah. His buddy/ transport didn't show up in airport which I think my mother in law said they got a refund , his transport made us wait for 2:30 hours in the hotel with a disable person, his transport was not picking up calls even when I called him 15 times. He was supposed to pick us up at 3, I called him at 3:10, he said 5 minutes, then called him at 3:30 he said "oh the driver didn't come ok 5 minutes", and after Asr Salah which is at 4 he was just cutting our calls, I called him 15 times, my wife called him 20 times, he was not picking up and cutting our calls., I will find a way to complain in written to the Saudi authorities Alhamdulillah I know Arabic, maybe he dose this to South African hajjis and they don't know how to complain. I will complain and follow it for sure for giving me and my family unnecessary stress while going to umrah. please avoid this travel agent for now until he finds a better transport and gives some value to his customers. I really hope Saudi authorities which are really quick at disqualifying agents permits, cancel this agent permit, horrible experience, my in-laws are naive, old people what do they know what good service is. Just to be completely fair the only way it got sorted is when I called travel agent is South Africa and explain what HIS transport is doing otherwise we would not have gone anywhere. But no way I'm going to let this go both the travel agent and the transport will be reported to the Haji and umrah service for other hujjaj not to get experience like what we got.

Excellent..... and so much more, 5years ago.

Was closed phoned and left mesage and still waiting for someone to return my call. My concerns are if they do not respond prior to enquiries what is it like when traveling with them?
