I stayed in a student digs run by Southern Ambition and it was a terrible experience. The plugs in my room broke and it took a week for them to fix them. Whenever we notify Southern Ambition of an issue in the house, they take days and sometimes weeks to respond. Do not consider one of their houses for student housing, it will not be a good experience and it is way too overpriced for what you get.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Complete lack of communication and so completely unprofessional. Almost everything that could've went wrong did, and all of those things were in their control. I will never book with this company again and I know many people on my same tour felt the same way. Do not book this agency, I promise you will regret it.

Very unhelpful. I had to beg them to help me. They wouldn't call me back and were always booked. I would call on monday and not get a response until Friday only to tell me that they were booked.
