Recently moved to CT and in the move my fridge was damaged. Found this little oasis and with my budget, picked up a fridge that was actually better than the one I had for only 4999 AND had some spare for a little tumble dryer. Sylvia was so helpful and they reffered me to a delivery guy onsite who was excellent.
I strongly suggest if u find something u like and believe me, u will. They have the largest variety of modern appliances under one roof and amazing prices but they dented slightly here an there but that also means the item has fallen or been dropped or knocked. So ask the staff to switch it on and listen for any weird sounds and if u happy have them deliver. The service is great and is only rivaled by the after sales service, and if u have an issue they will be on it immediately or refund u within 24hours. All round great retail experience would recommend them anytime. Ask for Tommy or Adiel u won't be sorry.
What a great place to shop. Friendly helpful staff help you find that special bargain you have been saving for. They are upfront about their merchandise and honour their warranty. Well done to you all
My fridge stopped cooling after a few months of purchasing it, when I contacted Cape Town Appliances about it I received very efficient and professional communication. It was collected the next day to be fixed and I was given a loaner fridge while they had mine. It was fixed perfectly and sent back to me with no charges. All in all I was extremely impressed with my experience.
My oven whirlpool thermostat broke. I went to Cape Town Appliances on a Saturday and they happened to have the right thermostat for me especially after I tried several places that couldn't help me. The service is good as I was helped by two friendly gentlemen. They also gave me a discount which was cool. I'd definitely recommend Cape Town Appliances.
I was very excited to purchase a fridge today. Paid a bit more than what I planned to spend. My problem is now that I am now waiting for my delivery and it's 4 hours later and I need it today as all my food will be spoiled. I was promised delivery now for more than 2 hours ago. And I don't have a contact number for the delivery guy. Please don't spoil my day. Please come to my rescue* a delivery from within 2 hours has now been 7 hours! And now they drivers talks about another hour or 2. My food is spoiled. Very dissappointing! If I knew this I could have arranged my own transport.
Could have been better. Some of the products are good, but do not really fit their prices.
Exceptional Service from Trevor at Cape Town Appliances. He was helpful from start to finish and went over and above to get me my dream fridge!
They are scammers. I bought a fridge and it arrived broken I sent it back and they said they had fixed it. When it arrived it was still not cooling. I checked the back and it had a gas leak. I tried to return it and they refused. Don’t buy from these people.
They have tons of nice appliances prices are negotiable and nice friendly staff even the delivery guy called Clint hes excellent quick.and helpfull I bought a fabulous fridge for good deal my next purchase will be my stove from them
