Fast service and delivery and happy with the products.  Delivery charges not updated on the site, it's more when you place the order.

I needed to make an urgent purchase of an adult onesie for a friends birthday. OnWednesday, I contacted your offices by phone and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Dean. He advised if I put the order and made payment before 12:30pm my order would be delivered by Thursday and just to give him a call back with the order number.  After placing the order and making payment I called back and Dean advised he had the order number and was processing it.  This was some of the best customer service I have ever received. Dean was brilliant and was able to assist me with my urgent purchase. Needless to say I got delivery of my purchase yesterday Thursday as he said it would be!  Very impressed and happy with the service provided! And props to Dean for all his help.  First time use and well deserved 5 stars

Super happy with the service and products I received from iconix.co.za. I ordered a onesie and slippers and they were with me in Johannesburg in a matter of days. Both items are very comfortable and warm and I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that the onesie has a zipper in the back to make using the toilet easier while wearing it!
