Identifying that there was a need for a specialist gas store in the marketplace motivated us to provide our domestic and commercial customers, a service-orientated retail outlet, with technically competent staff.

I recently dropped 2 gas bottles here for refill and was told to come back 2 days later to collect because of the current backlog at the store. When i returned only 1 of the bottles had been filled. Then the customer service kicked in which was superb. they immediately tracked down the outstanding bottle and had filled for me even though they had almost closed the store for the day. I think it is wonderful that they helped out so quickly and that they spent time sharing all the issues that the gas industry is currently having so that I could understand their situation. It is a great store with great people.
Stood in the queue and waited and then was told i need to wait a week to get a 9kg bottle refilled. Maybe put a sign up so we don't waste our time. Found a place that did it in 10min
All kids of stories for why they couldnt deliver today. Neither tomorrow. didnt even offer next week. Suggested that i come drop empties today and have to come back tomorrow to collect. Found someone else in the same area that took online orders and delivered same day. Thats service…!
The worst, went there on a Saturday and they told me to comeback Wednesday because they only do refills Wednesday and Friday, when i went Wednesday they told me to come Friday, i went Friday early and they told me to come Tuesday. Hard to go to another store and they refilled my gas immediately. All I am saying is “Save your time”
I have been using this store fir the past few years to refill a gas canister and swap out the returnable ones. The service is generally excellent with friendly staff in the front end and back end of the store. They try to accommodate all needs although be aware that when there's a gas shortage this affects everyone including then. But I commend the staff on always trying to assist and help out or have the right information on hand about further deliveries. Refills do take a little time but there are some other shops nearby to have a look around. I have also had my gas heater serviced here. Rate was fair and information was given about the process and requirements. Parking is available but no exclusive to the shop but there is generally always some available.
If I can give them zero stars I would. I asked for a 19kg cylinder to be delivered. Called them at 10am and they said they would deliver after 4pm. I especially took off from work early because the guy said that they only deliver until 5 on that day. I rushed home to make it in time for the guy. Called again at 4:30pm the guy reassured me that they would deliver I believed him. Then again at 5pm I called again. I told him I need that gas as I have 3 small kids he said you would definitely get the gas. That was his words I believed him. Then at 5:15pm he calls and tells me that the truck with the 19kg cylinder wasn’t delivered. Oh wow so you didn’t know this before my delivery. Their service is pathetic. Wow I’m so disappointed
