Cape Town Palms

My wife and I stayed here by capetown palms twice and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves.. Brian is a great Host and he makes you feel right at home.The place is clean and spacious and also close to all major attractions.

They don't deserve any star. The owner is an arrogant person who provides very poor service and when you engage him he tells you he is running a business. They have a very bad bad service.

A very informal guesthouse. No sense of professionalism and cleanliness is not a priority. The room was very spacious but outdated. WiFi is accessible only in the lounge. Breakfast was mediocre.

We booked for the night @ 23: 00 pm on the 27th of August 2018 and this place confirmed , we got here no one attended to us as the doors were closed. We contacted the owner the following day he tells us he is in hospital and that he is sorry they will refund our money. Then Wednesday he tells us that we must go to the agency we booked from he is not paying a cent. He was so rude and unhelpful and in fact it is my first time ever booking that i get this treatment.

Treatment is top of the range,and the place is very beautiful with friendly staff come and experience this.
