Incredibly helpful staff that go above and beyond to ensure great customer service. Centurion branch also seems to be one of the few that stock cold weather expedition gear regularly.
Don't bother asking for something they don't have in stock. 2 weeks later and still waiting for a call for the Lansky sharpening system they were gonna get in for me. Rather just get it online cause they can't be bothered to help you in store.

Walk in and walked out... Staff all having a fat tea party at the tills. I was going to buy two pairs of Caterpillar boots to the value of R2000 each. But no service no sale! Shocking!

Shoes is out of stock. Only have 2 options for hiking boots. Staff not willing to check if the other branches have stock. The willingness to go the extra mile is no longer there. This shop honestly needs a change of management. Last time I was browsing looking for a mosquito net. No one came to ask if they can assist me. Even though the store was basically empty.
