Not bad shopping there...prices are good. I get staff are very overwhelmed in retail...but I am one of those people who had my first working experience in a retail store...I do understand their plight...just a piece of advice...don't pretend to wait on someone else to come assist us just tell us customers that you need to either count your money before trying to help as that is more important than the client waiting in front of you... It is treating customers with that kind of attitude that brings service levels down...we all work ...we all know that sometimes we need to do stuff urgently but talk to the client ...in a language we all understand ...you never know that the person in front of you can understand everything you say even if you think they don't... Customer service should be utmost priority ...to those that know that ....hats off to you.

Loved the service but they're a bit slow

Very busy que was quite long but that can be due the festive season. Staff were friendly even thou you could see they were tired and had a very long day. Well done to the staff for staying cheerful.

The queue is are always so long here. But they always have some decent clothes that are resonbly priced, especially when when it's marked down.

Wide range of clothing at affordable prices. Would be great of the hanging clothes were not so full on the shelf so that you could look for your size. It's annoying to try find a size on a shelf that is so packed that you have to take stuff off to be able to more the rest.

I normally go to this Mr. Price because it is the closest to me but the queues are always so long and little till staff and they take long to assist the customers. Most of the time they don't have a good size variation on new store items. The store also feels very cramped. In general it is an okay store but there is a lot of attention that needs to be given to many things.

mr price has always super long lines. with babies/toddlers or kids its absolutely difficult to shop at

Not enough choices of different sizes but still affordable.
