I got irritated at the shoe section because the person assisting me disappeared and there was no one around to assist. After complaining the manager Gavin came to my aid and calmed me down and assisted. I almost walked out but in the end I got good service. Thank you.

Cape Union Mart Eastgate.  You are all amazing.  There was a person following me after my purchase at your store.  I ran back in. The staff were amazing.  One of the staff walked me to my Car and waited for me to drive safely off. Thank you all so so much.

Apiwhe assisted me Thursday with an enquiry regarding a bag for a sleeping bag. One would think it would be readily available as I am sure my son is not the only one to have lost/ misplaced the bag. Well, seems I was wrong, but Apiwhe was quick to think out of the box and made an alternative plan. Super service

We  needed a particular size in a shirt that we wanted and he went out of his way to phone other stores to find it, well i was beyond impressed as that is the kind of service we used to have Years ago but it has stopped . It's one of my favourite shop, very nicely ornamented, they have very good quality products and their services are good. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can take it back for a refund or for an exchange. They keep their promises . The prices are competitive, and quality is good. Products for men, women and children as well. Very good

Great service, friendly staff and fantastic range of products available in store. Highly recommended shopping there for all your hiking, camping and trail running needs.
