Very poor service, went there 3 weeks ago to buy trekking pole tips and the lady helping me said they did not have stock, took my particulars and will phone me the next day which she did not do. A week later i phoned the store but she was on lunch and will phone me back after her lunch, well im still waiting for that call but drove all the way to PE to buy R70 worth of rubber tips!!
Came here to buy hiking boots. Very friendly and helpful staff as I have come to expect from Cape Union Mart stores generally. The lady was very helpful with getting out a few sizes in a small selection of shoes that I had made, and eventually even helped me pick out a pair of socks and a hat. What could have been a long wait time turned out to be a super quick shopping experience due to a very helpful staff member. Thanks for the great service!!
I went to them with a product that I bought online from Cape Union that was incorrectly advertised on the website. The Jeffreys Bay store went above and beyond to replace the product with something similar for me. Excellent service and quick help. Thank you
The manager was very unhelpful helping with my Garmin watch. You would think that customer comes first. Cape Union Mart, you have lost at least 1 customer
Manager very rude and appeared severely irritated, couldnt bother to open another till to assist cashier with increasing line of customers, we left our goods & the shop, disgusting customer service, disgrace to Cape Union Mart name, we are VERY disappointed regular customers of Cape Union Mart.
