Overpriced, underwhelming products. K Way is such poor quality and they charge North Face prices for it, what a joke. Don't even bother trying to shop online. Would literally shop anywhere else for my trail and hiking gear. I would also get expert help elsewhere. CUM lolz are not experts.

Head office the people are lovely and down to earth

Poor Online Shop - Have been trying for 3 days to buy boots online without success. Eventually got a reply from Customer Care that its out of stock even though not marked as such on web portal.  Back online shopping  most shoes are "check availability in store". What's the point in having an online shop. No Convenience here.  Taking my money elsewhere.

Whenever I walk into any Cape Union mart, I can't keep my excitement. I know I will find whatever I need on my hikes. Cape Union mart is like my second house!!!
