I would like to thank the lady who help me she is a champion , I went to 4 different branch in Cape Town but still could not help me resolve my issue with my capitec app and I spent hours trying to resolve the problem with no luck while in Johannesburg I though let me try for the last time and I was even thinking to buy another phone ....so I went in on the 17th September 8 am at that lady help me with in 10 min and we back on track with my app .

Lauren Branch Manager This branch will not be the same without her. 100 percent product knowledge. Communication skills of the best, professional yet connects with the client on a personal manner. Works well under pressure and she made me laugh! Definitely compliments CAPITEC. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE WITH CAPITEC.

Divasha truly provided a wow experience at the Capitec Randridge mall branch she understood my needs as a client and was able to get the issue resolved within seconds..she went the extra mile and displayed what being client centric is all about.
