First National Bank FNB

A disaster of a bank. There 15 minutes before the bank opened, person number 2 and it still took an hour to close my account. Closing took 25 minutes, which is ok because of certain signatures required. 1 teller open who seems to think that moving at a snail pace is efficient. The attitude in the bank and lack of customer service and purpose is horrifying. I would NOT use FNB, I would NOT use this branch again. Absolutely pathetic. The manager could only offer a 'sorry for the wait'. Get your bank in order FNB!!! So happy to have left FNB.

None of the options to call the branch work. The online banking experience for enterprises is cumbersome and frustrating to say the least. Nobody at FNB can override the system online or over the phone, the only way of overriding the system is by going in to the branch with all the administrators of the company. Terrible online banking experience!

I went to FNB, Ferndale on Republic, to open an account. I was assisted by Rirhandzu Maluleke. Her service standards are impeccable. She is very professional. She held our hands every step of the way, explained and answered every all questions which we had, some she had to repeat the answer, but remained calm and very patient. : She ensured that the account gets opened, even when there were glitches in the system. Her patience, efficiency and effectiveness deserves an applaud. She's an asset to FNB and I hope she gets employee of the month/year award. Thank you Rirhandzu. I will stay with FNB just because of the awesome service which was received from her.

Staff know their work and help us old people on the computers with great patience.Unfortunately parts of Randburg square are very dangerous but the bank has enough security.

Changed from ABSA to FNB. Generally good experience every time o have visited FNB and this branch in particularly.
