Service was great, Faiez was really helpful and friendly.. Made the process easy and fast, 10/10 would recommend.

Useless new ATM's installed , you deposit money it tells transaction cancelled then offline

Capitec on 1st floor in Parow Centre is horrible , they did not call our ticket number and helped more than 10 people after us and then they have the nerve to tell you they will never bypass a ticket number but we've been sitting and waiting over 30 minutes, did not even help us.

Open late slowest and poorest level of service anyone can experience.

I spend about an half an hour in the branch, but I do believe it was worth it... a lady by the name of Audrey assisted me, and professional at it's best. I been around to many stores and shops and I do know staff professionalism, but Audrey assisted me with class and beyond respect. Dew to her I would recommend this branch to anyone.

The capitec upper level very good service. In and out.

Please review your trading hours online.It is quite awful wasting an whole hour because it says you open at 8am online but when you arrive at the branch it shows you open at 9am.

Wow Capitec Bank is growing bigger and it is better because now there are more then one ATM so line don't stand still anymore wow awesome and this is a wonderful experience thank u to ur new upgrade and putting in more ATMs as well

This bank nothing work's for the bank of this magnitude there should be measures in place incase their deposit machine is full, that's not the case here everytime I come to make a deposit we told machine is full and the atms can't even deposited as alternative, if it's not that then they are off line, I stay across Sanlam center so it is the closest and conviniet branch to use for me but I must say it's useless

Standing outside capitec bank since before 09h00 while online it says the bank is open from 08h00. Staff not friendly. Poor service.
