Covid-19 regulations are gone but for some reason I was not allowed to go into the bank with my family. The lady at the reception told me only the person needing help should be inside and the rest of us are to wait outside. I asked her why cause the bank is empty and there are no customers waiting for a seat and that we would gladly move if a customer come and needs to sit. She then called security on us to get us out! If this is Nedbank policy then it should be well communicated, they can put a notice on the wall instead of the making their own rules as they go. Very unprofessional!!

Extremely slow service.. Went for card replacement due to sms received. Get to the bank and waited 15min or more in a Q for the front desk lady, whom was on lunch at the time, to give a ticket from a machine which is meant for self service. Went to sit in Q, again more than 15min, for a lady just looking at her PC and then decided to help. Best part of it all.. My bank cards was not at the branch yet.. And was advised of cards which was previously destroyed and i received no notification... Enquiring then about the destroyed credit cards, i was informed i need to pay for cards i was not aware was available for collection.

The most un-helpful, inconsiderate lady who works at their service reception desk. She needs customer service training in how to treat sensitive client issues or she needs to be replaced with someone more equipped for the task. It appears that her main goal is to get the least amount of people assist a day. Well done you Nedbank Parow. Next time I will make a video and post it on every social media platform to expose Nedbank.

The folks were kind and helpful to my mom. They managed to sort out our online banking issue within 1 hour. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for their wifi having a security flaw. Big thanks to Sune Bester as well as to the lady who greeted us at the door. Apologies for not remembering your name.
