Thank you for informing your customers of this branch being under construction as you have done in the past. Where as a customer depending on a service that can only be completed at this branch no other I've tried and was denied after waiting for an hour in line this is extremely disappointing. I have opened an account with your competition just outside to the right. Thanks for nothing.
