I moved to Capitec Wellington a few years back and have recently applied for a credit card there. I must just say that the service is absolutely amazing, in particular Jayden. He is a pro. Thanks!
Fantastic service at Capitec in Wellington. One place I don't mind waiting in a queue. With their unique paperless system you get served faster than any other bank. If fast food outlets and other shops could be as friendly and fast, the world would be a much better place.
My app doea not work. Staff cannot resolve the problem with the service. There is no second line of support and staff supposedly escalates my problem. The staff refuses to put me in contact wit a manager and simply closes my query. 24hrs later and no one from capitec had contacted me to resolve the issue. Lies, lies and more lies. No support or service. Close the branch or give us people who knows what they are doing..
