Standard Bank Kimberley

Yoh!!!! This is the most pathetic Branch in the town of Kimberley. The service is so slow.... the Consultants would take forever before they could assist next person ..... I have never spent an hour in a bank ..... purely waiting for a simple thing. Consultants go by as if they forced to work. As for the queuing system they use ......yeeeer I'd reserve my comment with that one ....... Please implement TAT turn around time when providing service .....please......

I received the worst treatment today from this bank. No one of the staff cared to assist us and other tellers called people who were at the back of the queue to help and care of those infront. The bad attitude from the teller named Lesego who was on booth 5 refused to assist me and when i went to the branch manager to complain just ignored me. I was later helped by a lady who promised me to escalate the matter.

Very bad treatment yesterday from the bank. I have health issues and was not even permitted to go to the front of the queue until my husband approached them.

Went for fingerprint scanning. The consultant was very efficient.

When I'm at the head of the line for moneygram it shouldnt take an hour to finish with the two people being helped. Ridiculous wait time

Worst bank ever they took 2 and a half hours to assist. They did not help with what i asked and told me if i need anything call the contact centre. Not friendly at all. They ignore customers who complain

The consultants were very helpful in solving issues that occurred.

Money gram cubicle has ridiculous waiting periods, it's not nice
