Carnival Sqaure

What a horrible experience i had with my kids and to think i was looking forward to it, 1st the horse ride was not working , 2nd the train was moving the next thing it's down to pieces waiting over there with no one to attend to it, 3rd it was flipping burning with poor air ventilation, my kids couldn't even breathe as they constantly came to me for a breather also complaining that its hot, one aircon was used and could only reach us as we were seated down, . no enjoyment at all and how I wish this could improve, the music was also lousy and I feel it could also improve, these are kids and could do with music to make them enjoy also dancing a bit to make it more fun, the machines need to be readily available if they are not make us aware and also we cannot go ask the ladies if the machines are working or not, you are supposed to tell us upon arrival before we pay, I feel used now and there was no point in asking because you had taken my money already a serious improvement is honestly need. I was bored, so disappointing and honestly, I didn't expect this.

Rude blonde staff lady who shouts at kids. Chases kids out 10min before closing time although they still have time left of their hour. Previous kids' vomit not cleaned and our kids must play around it - kids told staff about vomit and the ladies just pulled up their shoulders.

Such a fun experience the only down side is that they don't have card services .

Carnival square is always a fun area for the kids to play. Great area to entertain the kids.

The service is very good and my kids really enjoyed themselves

Water was always little warm insite now it is like ice water very bad
