The New Dros Secunda

The patio is a bit bare and can do with some maintenance, we order some drink where not allnof the ingredients were available, the bartender did his best with what he had. But the food is five stars, the chef really knows his stuff! The service is very quick, and the waiter was super friendly and helpful. Extensive play area for kids, unfortunately right next to the outdoor smoking section.

Worst service of my life. The food took ages we even cancelled. They then told us the food is already ready. Decided to just eat since they said it's read. It's still took over 15minutes for the 1st 2 plates. The rest of us ate after we had gone to the kitchen to demand our food. All our food was stone cold. We struggled to get any service here. We had to go looking for the waiter even to beg for the bill so we could go. We had to clear our own table, using a table next to us, not once did our waiter clear anything from our table. They really ruined our Xmas. Never setting foot here ever again

Orders were messed up the whole time, food was cold, and pizzas ordered special dietary requests that weren't done. Waitress barely came to the table to ask if we wanted anything else and whether everything was still fineFood: 1/5

Horrible 1st experience! Waited 35min for drinks, another hour for food that was wrong! The play area is a disaster... nothing has been kept tidy for a while. Benches are broken. Toys are broken. The food is not up to a dros standard. Did i mention the extremely slow service. Worst of it all that are not busy, we are thr only family here with a child.

I love the vibe there...the people are always there to help. The are very fast with there orders. I love to go there with my friends and have a beer just to catch up because life is a rush and sometimes you just need to see friends.

I called to place an order and a very rude bar lady by the name Grace ensured the phone. She clearly had no phone etiquette. I asked her to pass the phone to someone who can help me place my order as I was 2 minutes late for breakfast. I ordered a dros breakfast with well done eggs, but received sunny side up eggs and uncooked bacon. My take away didn't have eating utensils and no butter and jam. I then took the food back to the restaurant. The chef came back to me and told me that they cook the bacon on the grill, which I didn't understand because bacon will not cook evenly and have char from the grill. As expected, the bacon was black and undercooked. Thank you to Charity who was pleasant and helpful.

Got a hair in the sauce, sent back, second batch, another hair. Ribs was off, sure my dogs might enjoy it. This place needs some serious tlc. Because, the view doesn't make up for the terrible food. At least we had a good waitress

Terrible experience. The food was awful. We orderded starter calamari. It came cold the tartar sauce tasted like it was thinned out with viniger and was watery. Mains came cold and the chips and onion rings tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil. Dros was a amazing place to go once upon a time but sadly has gone up inflames.
