Cartrack has zero to none reliable services. I contracted with Cartrack due to my insurance demanded I make use of Cartrack. In a period of 9 months they had to replace the unit 3 times due to it being faulty. The last and final straw was when my unit has been faulty and they had no way of tracking my car. I decided to cancel but was informed that I will need to pay a penalty for not honouring a 3 year contract. I then decided to give them one last chance to improve their services. The technician never showed up for our appointment where the 4th unit in a period of 11 months would have been fitted. I decided to cancel my contract and also refused to pay a penalty as this was not my fault Cartrack is unable to honour their side of the contract. As of today i get threatS to being handed over to lawyers and also being listed as a default payer as my account is still active. They keep saying they do not get in contact with me, although I speak atleast twice a week with them,, telling them to close down my account. I will never recommend cartrack to anyone as they are offering very bad service and faulty units.

I am giving one star to the branch, but I would give 5 stars to the Call Center. The customer service is really not up to standard. I waited in the reception area for 10 minutes with no one there to assist, then it seemed that the receptionist was really not in the mood to assist. When I dropped my vehicle of for the fitment, it took 2 hours - after which I had to call them to ask how long it will still take. The only reason why I had the unit installed, is because the Call Center was very efficient and helpful. If there had been another branch in my area, I would definitely not have used this one. The staff need training about customer service and professionalism. I will not refer anybody there.

Tool my car in for fitment and was made to wait while they were busy with the car.  Ive given four stars because the waiting area is not ideal if you waiting for two hours. There has to be a tv and more chairs for customers to sit.  Other than that the service was great and the two hours went by quickly as there is always other customers to chat to.

I would like to thank your technical team for the fitment of your product to my new vehicle, it was done after normal business hours at my home. The technicians were very professional and on time as per the arranged appointment from your administration office. Great service was also provided telephonically from the other Cartrack division to make this installation possible.

I had a tracking unit with this company. After 11 months my device was malfunctioning and i took it for repair, they downgraded my tracking unit without my knowledge. When I asked they said I was using a wrong package all along. Funny enough they also said they did not replace my tracking unit. I asked for phone call recording of the day I took they contract and they failed to provide it.  Very poor, poor customer care

Worts vehicle tracking company in SA. Worst accounts department, worst call centre agents. Don't bother. The Vaal triangle branch in Vanderbijlpark is great, great service but overall...no.

I’ve got myself stuck in a 3 year contract with a company that has zeros customer service. So do your homework before choosing car track.
