I got here at 09h00 and now it's 15h00. The photobooth section works very fast. Counters 1 and 2 work very slowly, instead of working they are having a very serious conversation  I don't know why because they supposed to be working.

This place is pathetic, lazy and arrogant! Standing in line since 7:00 till 15:00 to only here they are now closing and it is the bad system. It is rather poor work performance

Very lazy bunch, they told me that a form needs to be completed by 1 person with same hadwriting which was just monsense and i had to drive to Randfontein who sorted me out in minutes.

Been here since 9:00 this morning. Still waiting at 13:23. Been inside for 45 min and they only helped two people so far. Ridiculous. Very inefficient.

Pathetic! Been here since 10, still here at 14:30. They are still on number 88, we are 145...

Pathetic! Get to home affairs before 15h30 and they refused me in. So much for Service Delivery.

Worse service! The employees don’t work. They sit and have conversations with each other and not assist or communicate with us. This place needs serious audit of employees!

The service is so bad! I got there at 6 in the morning and left at 3 in the afternoon. That's a whole 9 hours of waiting for a simple procedure. They need to do better

If the booking system worked it would be better but standing outside in the sun to get help. Not very nice

Was here at 06:30 to be first in line for our son's first ID and we only left at 13:30. Service is slow and every 5 minutes someone else goed for an hour long break.
