They are the thieves they promise to protect your car from, taking advantage of senior citizens! My mother is a victim of crimes from this company, its been over a year since she started complaining about their unauthorized debits. My mother had an account with cartrack, they started debiting extra amounts, when she enquired they claimed that they were not the ones debiting the monies. She then went on to cancel her accounts with them hoping the debits will stop. They have been creating accounts for her with different reference numbers and debiting different amounts R191, R890, R1200, she tried asking her bank to stop them but they couldnt because car track uses different reference numbers to create these accounts. She has spend thousands of rands sitting on calls with consultants that always end the call by asking her to send an email, which they never care to respond to. The debits have been going on since February 2022, her first email complaint was sent Kwanele Makhoba after hours on a call. To this day she has over 100 emails to cartrack asking them to help, these are the namesof the people who asked her to send an email; Noxolo, Kwanele, Brenda... to name a few. Write to Cartrack
Very helpful and friendly consultants
Would not recommend... had devices installed, first installation was faulty, second installation they cant get the device to work properly. Tech has been out to repair device twice and still not working properly.
if there was a negative rating I would do so, the service is very bad, all they care about is charging client but they dont attend to requests. I called many times for a simple request, that is devise installation but no one bothers. If I did not have an existing contract I would simple leave, I cant wait for the contract to end
Terrible service. No staff to deal with, no one takes responsibility. Do not use them
I deliberately switch on the panic button three times on different dates to test its reliability but now attention from call centre i received. What if i was in involved in car hijack..?
