Welcome to Mafunyane Riverside Water Park - the "coolest" place in the Lowveld. Mafunyane is the perfect addition to the Lowveld, offering five strategically designed water slides that appeal to all ages. With names the like "Cheetah's Challenge", "Boomslang Bungee" and "Leaping Leopard" the slides aim to thrill and challenge you. The water park also features a kiddies pool with water slides specifically designed for the young ones. Our friendly team of life guards is stationed at each pool to ensure your safety and comfort.

1st time visiting the water park and I can honestly say we had an amazing day and will definitely come back again. You can take your own food, drinks and snacks just no glass or alcohol. Entrance is R130 and kids until 1.2 meters R100, kids under 2 are free. The food, cooldrinks, snacks, ice cream etc are reasonably priced but it does add up so I suggest take your own coolerbox of items. There are lots of picnic tables and shady areas. The reason for only 4 stars The life guards have no interest in your children's safety or ensuring that the other people behave, there are zero rules pertaining to what you can and cannot do on the slides and I suggest you keep a close eye on your kids at all times because I saw alot of children getting hurt. Although the slides are in good condition the wooden staircases up to the slides need to be assessed and possibly repaired, we literally heard the wood cracking as we were climbing the stairs it was concerning as it is very very high. The lazy river is totally pointless because the tubes are too big and the kids spent the entire time trying to rock the tube down the ride and lastly there were not enough tubes I would say maybe 30 were available. All in all it is a lovely fun affordable place to take the kids.
Can honestly say that this Water Park was one of the best we’ve been too. The cleanliness, the staff and the overall vibe was just out of this world. This family run business gave it such a personal feel. The owners going round checking that everyone was enjoying themselves, the staff laughing with you, whilst ensuring we were all safe. Thank you so much!!!
If you love water, this a great place to be. BUT you must bring tons fo energy. Friendly and helpful staff.
It's a good place for all it's next to a mall and a hotel also very close to the main road and they park got some balance nature
Clean and neat spot to take the kids and relax for the day. Well organized and the food although not a wide variety was good.
Ver good to stay with Kids. You can takeaway your own food , thay have a place to grilo. Ver nice Very clean Space.
It wasn't bad at all. Just think R130 for a 2 year old is way too much but otherwise it was nice
Great fun. Slides are great. Water is clean. Great for the whole family
Lovely day out for the family. It's well maintained and looked after.
