Incredible dealership and a wonderful experience to buy a car here! From the Dealer Principal Dylan, to the parts guy Bheki. Hadn't been to this dealership for a couple of years and was impressed with the work done on my BMW and the service from the staff there on my recent visit. The service manager and workshop foreman were particularly helpful. Thank you.
East view BMW, I’m grateful for Mr Paul, he goes above and beyond, is inconvenienced but will not complain. He explains everything for understanding and is honest in answering any enquiries. Though most people frustrate me there, he tries his best to be the best part of that company. His customer service is top tier. I hope his efforts are rewarded.
Serviced my car there and received pathetic service but the manager did well on how he handled it
Yoo the receptionist/front desk lady seem always angry and uninterested it's as if when we there we bother her,I have been there 3 times already separate incidents her attitude really sucks,I will rather travel to joburg than this nonsense but today I was there for my Tyre and the lady at parts dept was really professional and friendly treated me as a customer and my car is good now but ayi not going back there.

POOR SERVICE waited for an 1 hour for one person to be serviced at the parts sales.
Not good broke my mud guard from my bike and try to blame it on me
If this is how it goes before even buying a car, how bad will it be afterwards? Really can’t recommend BMW Eastview. Worst sales service experience. After owning VW and Audi for many years and considering a switch to BMW, the sales service from BMW are horrific. We have been through 2 salespeople, both not following up having us contact them and ask, why we aren't receiving replies. Making a booking in our busy schedules to test drive a car, just to hear it is been driven another 500km for the day and not available to us.
