Had the worst experience at renault motus. Took my car in on the 1st of December for clutch repair. I was calling everyday. The communication is very bad. I had to go there myself after 15 days that's wen dey said my car is ready. I rather take my car to be fixed under the tree dan to go to renault nelspruit. Worst I didn't even get a sorry from da renault people. Iv been renting cars in order for me to go to work. I had da worst experience I don't want to lie . U know service recovery is very important or even communication. I just hope I was da last person yo receive such experience. I dont even wsh dis experience to happen in my worst enemy.

Horrible service from the service side at Renault Nelspruit Bad, horrible service ever, on the 28 of January i took my car in for service, they quoted all the things that needed to be replaced including brake pads and i payed for all that, after picking up the car i noticed there was a funny sound coming from the brake pads, i thought maybe its because they were replaced which never happened before, on Monday 17 February i called them to ask if i can bring the car in to be checked and it was booked for today 19 February. Now they are telling me i need to replace a disk and the new brakes they changed last month and telling me a lot of stories that i don't understand and no one can explain clear to me. I've serviced my car there since i bought it 2012 and everytime i took it in for service they will always put all the old things they replaced in the car for me to check and throw it away my self. For the first time all the things they said they have replaced were not in the car and now my car is having a problem and they are saying i should have asked for them. I'm so angry at the service they are giving me and not prepared to pay for new brakes that didn't even last for a month.

The service I received was BAD!!!! I have been waiting here from 7am as I was told my car is booked for 7am. People who came after me came in and collected their vehicles, they keep passing by me and not given me any explanation as to why it's taking so long. Out of 10 I'm giving them a 1!!!!

It was a great visit, they had a very nice vehicle catalogue, friendly and helpful staff
