Booking my vehicle in for service was simple, and the agent recommended a more convenient date. When I got in the car, I was offered a shuttle service, but I already had a colleague waiting for me. Thank you for your offer! Jennewade Kyster, kept me informed throughout the procedure. The vehicle was cleaned and washed. I was alerted about parts that were out of stock.
Friendly staff when receiving your vehicle, and this is where it ends. But try to call for follow ups. Absolutely no answer at all.phones keep ringing. The H1 had an oil leak. I took it on the 21/07/2023 for the first time and was told to bring the vehicle back the following week. On the monday 26/06/2023 i called twice to speak to the service provider. The lady who answered said she cant tell S. Themba to go check his phonei send him a whatsapp regarding a courtesy vehicle, because she is not close to himdistance between her/him was too far, she said. Once there on the 28th i was called to S Themba's desk where i asked about the courtesy vehiclewe are not from in town. He said the dealership does not have any courtesy vehicles, and the workshop do not yet know which seal is leaking, but they can assure me SA will not have any stock in parts, nor will the vehicle ne ready before the 10th July 2023. We are moving to KZN on the 10th and this S Themba knows from the 21/06/2023. He got up to go speak to his service manager. Was away for 2 hours, then ignored me. He walked to reception twice, to the other service consultant twice, to the front entrance, but avoided me. The only person who attended to us was 1 of the drivers. He then spoke to a manager and then called us to go with him to be dropped off at Waterval Onder. To date we received no call or sms from the branch/workshop regarding the oil leak for an update. We did receive a call from head office on monday and was told they will come back to us. I am still waiting for any response from Hyunday. I went there for service, and i was tired, a friendly employee came to me and asked nicely "how can i assist you bafo " wow that question made my heart melted, it was a beautiful moment, i was offered any seat to sit on and enjoy coffee while watching my favorite racing cars. I love them very much, everyone talks to you so friendly you could even think you're working with them, lol, brothers and sisters and the whole management, please do the way you do, and give to others also
We had serious car problems and Kobus Dreyer the Foreman was brilliant . Couldn't have been more obliging. Congrats to Kobus
Utterly rude rude staff member working in the financial department! And how can you tell a client to rather come the following day because you aren't in the mood to get papers sorted out in an hour? A sale is a sale but clearly not to that lady. A better attitude would work in such a place. Nevermind mind her taking all the time in the world that she has to help us further! Just super slow and unorganised.
Extreme poor admin service received. Traded an old H100 in for a low milage second hand. it's now 3 months down the line and still not received the registration certificates. Wish I could give "zero" star rating on this experience. Numerous follow up have been done by our company representatives in Nelspruit and from headoffice.
The service at the "spares" office was excellent. I ordered a new item and it was there two days later. The gentleman at the front desk was particularly well spoken and professional. All covid regulations are in place.
Best customer service.
I took my car in for service and I was told they don't have wiper blades in stock, they supposedly placed ad order the Monday and was told to come back the Wednesday and was not given a specific time. When I got to the dealer the Wednesday around 11 I was told that I was supposed to come in the morning before 08:00 as of I am bringing my car in for service but that was not mentioned the Monday. The guy then said he will phone me to tell me when I can bring my car for the wiper blades and it's been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the call. I have a full maintenance plan and don't understand what the problem is. This is unacceptable.
Car was brought in for service whereby a complaint about the leaking fuel tank was brought to your attention. Upon collecting the car the report back stated that there was a lose bolt which was tightened advised to monitor the car. Surprisingly upon filling up the car the leaking was still there brought the car back made appointment the report was the fuel tank was out of place whereby the technician put in place. Had to once again go put in a full tank so that as to observe the fuel tank which to mention was a time wasting exercise of back and forth and fuel wastage without compensation not to forget the risk that led to fuel leakage. My concern is that from the beginning the issue about the fuel tank was stated so if you do a service isn't it supposed to be a full service of the whole car. Upon filling up the car and taking it back for a wash, a phone call informing that there is a labour cost which was not stated in the beginning which all of this could have been prevented if a full service was done from the beginning and the concerns were taken into consideration.
