Ive received multple times horrible service,slow service....not recommending anyone to buy a car at multifranchise.

This place is a total nightmare. They have bit a huge chunk that they can not chew. They serviced my car and failed to test drive the car after I have asked them to check the noise on the front. They told me they didn't have time. I drove to jhb and the wheel came off and lost my car almost my own life. Never ever take your car they yes they have no time because they service all cars from.Swaziland to Mozambique and all over Mpumalanga. These guys are overworked and yes again they have no time.for your car A total nightmare...Renault Kia Hondai all these in one roof and they just can't deal. Go to other places but this place....They Suuuuuck!!

Shockingly bad experience. My wife's car was serviced in November 2021 at kia, in January today we discovered an oil leak from the oil drain, 100m away from KIA. We went in to seek for help to tighten the drain plug as we were loosing oil rapidly. We tried to explain the situation that we can't drive the car in that state as we might wreck the engine, 2 of KIA staff point blank refused to help us saying we must come back tomorrow Bare in mind we were rapidly losing oil. really disappointed by KIA MOTORS, a 2 min job could have cost us a car.

This place sell safety vehicle is reliable and comfortable

Took my car for service and I received worse customer services ever. I dropped my car at 06h50 n I was the first customer but I only received my car at 15h30 after making many many calls n they promised to check n update me on how far they are with my car. I eventually returned to the dealership n the service advisor said your car has been ready since 10h00 but he never called though I requested pick up. All he said it's Merry Christmas. Up to now I am still to receive call asking about my experience

I have dealt with this company for nearly five years. I have taken my Renault Duster there for annual servicing plus the occasional repair. The service received has been friendly and helpful and is well- recommended.

Took my car to Kia nelspruit for service... What a terrible experience!! My aircon came back making a loud sound. I took the car back to get it checked again - poor service! My car was left unattended all day, even after making checkin calls from morning the calls weren't attended as well. I would NOT recommend this Kia for service AT ALL. What a waste of time!

"Serviced" my vehicle with them, computer was not reset after service which brings to question if they even touched the car since they called to say it is ready at 1PM. I usually have to follow up with them around 4PM to find out what progress is and then collect the vehicle at COB the next day if they do actually work on it

It's a good place car shopping and service

Ricky was a rock during my breakdown. Intercooler failed me but Rika and KIA Nelspruit put me back on the road in 3 hours after the part was received fro JHB. Thank you Ricky and team.
