My vehicle came back chipped at the back and window cap look like it was forcefully opened and doesn't close well , the technician claiming that he was only working at the front yet they claim that the vehicle was washed , I have since waited for the receiving photos or video till to date.

At the end of 2021 I bought a Ranger from Ford Nelspruit and had it sent to Hermanus, Western Cape. As you can imagine, buying a bakkie without actually seeing or driving it was a leap of faith. A leap of faith that I was only confident to take because of the professionalism and transparency that Lungani showed from our first conversation right through until after we had received the vehicle. He changed the wheels, lined the bak, serviced the car, completed the 160 point check and tweaked a few other smaller things before full payment went through. As we were tentative buying from a distance, we wanted to get an independent Dekra done in addition to the in-house 160 point check. This wasnt possible as Dekra dont operate out of Nelspruit. Lungani then went out of his way and organized an independent evaluation of the vehicle with Bosch. In the end we bought the extended warranty and held onto the assurance that the Rola Ford in Hermanus would be able to handle any issues with the car if it wasnt as advertised. I am very happy with the condition of the vehicle and for Lungani - who went out of his way to hold the vehicle longer than expected as we processed our paperwork and organized payment. Thank you! The vehicle did have 4000km more on the clock than was advertised and the fuel consumption is slightly worse than advertised too. In the greater picture, these are minor issues and I am overall very happy. Highly recommended dealership.
