Very clean and user friendly. Free toilet. Friendly staff.Not very far from UMP.And that makes it easy for students to eat.
The fastest branch i had ever been. From ordering to receiving your order it's basically like the food was waiting for you while they make it when you're there. The whole process is exceptional.
It's nice and clean, has a kiddies zone, I like that. The service, I didn't really like. If you're dining in, the waiters don't bring food to your table, they expect you to get up and pick up your food which I find to be disregarding. Just bring food to the table after people ordered! For a Sunday there was just too much staff but that's none of my business

Food is food. Soft serve machine is always off after 20:00. Can't get shakes at all. Regular thing. Service at drive through is as slow as cancer and no personality from staff It's like pulling teeth from a tiger when dealing with them. If you go inside the service is better as you place your own order on a touch screen. The coffee is good. Bit prefer KFC coffee.
The serve you with a lovely smile and you get your Good without waiting for a long time they are the best
Overall experience is fine, but beggar was sitting in full view of manager and staff at till, asking for food. We bought him a meal and the teller said "oh, is it for Georgie?" so he's clearly known to staff. No issue with charity but allowing known beggars to stay in shop and approach customers is a safety concern
Quick service, clean restaurant & friendly staff.
Its a dark experience. Under construction and quite a weird way to get food. Hope that the inconvenience caused is going to be worth it in the end once its done . Just an correction . Did Get my food from the drive thru at Grove Mc donalds . Crossings had an overwhelming amount of vehicles waiting in line . Did not even try to wait in line there . Thanks for the reply .
