Thank You My Mahindra Karoo S11 had a niggle on Friday 7 April 2023. GOOD FRIDAYThe vehicle was towed to Mahindra Nelspruit. We met Etienne and his family there at around 19:30. Remember its a long weekend! He opened the shop offered coffee and fixed car without delay! Shout out to fantastic service, thank you Etienne Jacobs!
Big shout out to the workshop and service staff. Traumatic experience with breakdown during holiday but from moment stepped in at reception been given so much support, empathy and professional customer service. They were polite and understanding. The Smith family wishes to thank Leatita captain, and Joané and Dwayne for always being obliging. The Technicians Etienne and Dawid for always willing to be there during repair period. Experienced gentlemen with knowledge. Regardless what , they always listened and assisted without hesitation. They did not only go the extra mile they ran it. This department is managed well and is a credit to Mahindra Nelspruit. SALUTE Jan Smith

Unbelievable service from Letitia and the mechanics. They ordered a part for me which arrived in 2 days - just in time for when I was heading back to JHB. The part was fitted in under 10 minutes - before I could even finish my complimentary cappuccino! Beyond impressed!!!!!
Was the first too book the vehicle in at 07;12 in the morning for a service, handbrake problem and speedometer problem, it took them the whole day, asked them too check the bushes and as suspected the bushes are worn but they dont have stock of the parts, and will have too order, i cant take the whole day every time to bring the bakkie all the way from komatie, especially if i made plans too have it here early, first in line but im the last one too get back on the road. This is the second time we had too wait the whole day for the vehicle and its frustrating, we are in the construction business and one whole day without one bakkie is really wasted, my question, why does the service take the whoke day? Is it that one mechanic can do one vehicle per day? How does that work? I can truly understand if there is additional work but still. From our side not very good service
