Casablanca Roadhouse

You can always be sure of a great meal at the Casablanca Roadhouse. The curry mince & rice is very tasty & highly recommended. You can either sit in your car and eat or at one of the outdoor or indoor tables.

Once again received larger portions than expected. Delicious food. Definitely worth it. Well done to the team.

Little bit disappointed, always enjoy the roadhouse but tonight was a disappointment. I ordered the Philly Steak Roll and our waiter said there is onion and green pepper on which I can't eat due to medical reasons, she repeated 3 times to remove the 2 items and I still ended up with more onions and green peppers than steak. This is really bad service from the kitchen. Listen to your waiters when they give you orders.

BOYCOTT Casa Blanca Roadhouse! The most rude waiters, manager and owner! After the waiter got our pizza order wrong after repeating it about 3x times to her we immediately phoned when they delivered the wrong pizza, that was met with the rudest attitude from her saying she won't correct it, I then asked to speak to the manager which in turn said he will send over the correct pizza and it should take 20 min to reach us, eventually after 50 minutes the correct pizza was delivered, BUT we already paid for the more expensive INCORRECT pizza that was returned to them and they did not refund the diffence in price. From last night until this afternoon I as was IGNORED when I kept on asking for my refund. I eventually decided to drive there and the manager's response was simply that he was busy!? I had to ask to speak to the owner of the roadhouse as this was unacceptable in terms of any client service. The owner came out and I explained and expressed my utter frustration and annoyance and I asked him if he would be happy to receive such service himself and if he finds it acceptable? Even though he's answered to me no, he quickly told me that we must be in die wrong and we probably gave the wrong order as this is his most litterate waiter there... When I complained about her rude and unacceptable attitude he just stood laughing, as if it was a joke, I then turned around and walked away. Now I see why the waiter and manager have these rude attitudes and behaviours, because the owner is the same and condones this! We really bought from them on a regular basis, but we will NEVER buy anything from them ever again. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS AS A CUSTOMER!!!!

Classic drive-in roadhouse with a wide variety of foods. Everything I've had at this place we collect/have food delivered often is good however they put slap chips in their schwarmas which I really don't like. Service is great though. Parking: Drive-in diner. Dietary restrictions: Very attentive to make your food how you want it, and take special requests quite well.

Amazing service, fast delivery. The burgers were much bigger and more filling than I expected. Affordable meals and great specials! We're already becoming regulars. Casa Blanca Roadhouse is one of very few places that still values their customers.
