Bought a wireless mouse abd keyboard Not even a month old and it broke No replacement ... you have to over 2 weeks for them to repair it ... pathetic
Trying to find out if they have an item in stock is a challenge. Called twice, man with bad attitiude told me he will go check if they have stock and he will call me back - hangs up without taking my name or number. Pretty much what you come to expect in retail in this town.
Understaffed,terrible customer service. Everyone walking around on the fall when nobody comes to help at the till. Waited 15 minutes in line to buy a mop. Just left it there and went home.
Services is very bad, bad attitude... always loud music in the store, cant hear the sales people speaking. The " Manager" Frikkie, what a joke. When speaking to Frikkie, he always got a very bad attitude.. " according to him, im the one with a problem" WELL DONE MR MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your shop will not see me again...
Thank you so much for the good service from the sales person Yasseen Mohamed, I'll give 5 stars for that guy and another 5 stars for his service, the reason for me giving you guys 1 star is because the cashier lady unfortunately I did not get her name, she is fair in complexion she does not greet the customers, she has an attitude, she does not smile and she's the worse cashier I've dealt with ever.
Had the worst service ever make just spent an hour at the shop just to be told go home and check the phone ur self and come back tommorow if it not working. For Gods Sake i get home can not even open the phones to insert sim cards
It's a lovely shop with great atmosphere and affordable prices but lacks diversity of the items sold
