The interior of the offices is accessible and well laid out. However, it seems a bit pointless to have a disabled parking bay next to a step up to the entrance. How is the disabled person expected to get up the step? An accessible bathroom is situated in the female cloakrooms. What about disabled men? The door closer makes access challenging. This is sadly a common problem in too many in accessible bathrooms. Access to the collection area is up stairs but fortunately the staff assisted by bringing my purchase to my car.

My vehicle was in a accident caused by Cecil Nurse driver. We have eyewitnesses, case number, quotes, over and over asking for feedback, nothing at all. They have no balls to get back to us either. They refuse to take responsibility, now I am the one responsible to have my vehicle repaired. Pathetic!

Jacqueline and Kristin are FANTASTIC - they go beyond 'the proverbial extra mile' to assist clients with finding the right chair, from sending a variety of demo chairs at no cost to clients homes to recommending office ergo professionals to those who are battling. No request has been to much for them, in my experience. They exude an exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable desire to help customers, and make the Cecil Nurse experience a reassuringly enjoyable one.

The worst customer experience ever. Michelle Reddy said one thing during sales pitch, and the accounts department said one thing. No customer service at all. You can get the same furniture with definitely better customer service.

Spoke to Colin and Manager Lyn. Its obvious that being part of Bidvest, they don't need anyones business. I would encourage everyone not to waist their time with these lazy people who have "policies and procedures in place" not to supply a price list. Lyn still had the audacity to shout at a customer.
