Great experience indeed Very clean and need accessible to everyone. Really enjoyed it and it will definitely recommend someone else to come and have the same feeling of excitement I had when I first visited
Watched wakanda forever there on black friday. The movie was great just that there was people in the cinema sitting at seats that were not there's so some people ended up sitting on the stairs until 30mins into the movie when someone finally complained and the stuff came in, paused the movie and restored order. Before the staff member came, it was total chaos because there was people up and down and in and out of the cinema probably trying to cross check their seats. It was a bit of an inconvenience because they kept opening the door and leaving it open and so because I was sitting at the top closer to the door. The light would affect the screen and we the top row had to keep getting up to close the door after someone. Nonetheless it was sorted 30mins through the movie so there was a bit less up and down and we tried to enjoy what was left of the movie.
I watched a movie in cinema 1 kid's cinema and they have a slide in the cinema which kids use during the movie. The kids playing in that slide were so noisy, that we couldn't hear the film for the last 20 minutes. Not all children in that cinema use that slide, and it's unfair to them and the other patrons to have to sit through all that noise. Tickets are already expensive, and if I have to sit through the noise, I'll just wait to watch the movie at home.
Friendly, helpful staff. Premises kept sparklingly clean and very tidy. Self-service options are a treat. All-in-all, it was a wonderful experience.
The cinema was empty on a Saturday afternoon. Could have been the time of the month that I went. Loved having only 10 people in the cinema. Did give me my 3D glasses and had to ask for them.
Well organized and not crowded at all. We enjoyed watching the new Avatar movie in 3D, and the movie is 3hrs + but the time went by so fast but you didn't notice the length of the movie, because of the fast pace of the movie
They have the most comfy seating. Must be an upgrade from the old chairs. Nice and big.
No lights while walking into the movie and no lights after the movie. We had to use phone torch and then we noticed how dirty the place is. Toilets smelling like hennops river on a bad day. You also can't use the toilets before buying a movie ticket.
Watched Avatar the way of water in centurion mall in 3D at cinema 4 the movie quality was so bad that it looked like a cam rip from the pirate bay. And for this we paid 500 bucks. I rather watch the movie on netflix when it is released there. What a dissapointment it was hence the reason I have not been to the movies in 11 years, get youre act together sterkinekor, you will go out of bussiness if you continue using this technology
Very odd experience yesterday, seeing that it usually goes well. Staff rude to my wife when she asked to receive the normal service we usually get. Projector out of focus!!! Felt like I was at an optometrist trying to ask me to see the letters while they are blurry. Sound was awful, I could hear the subs from the other cinema louder than our own sound in ours!! Slightly embarrassing, hope to not experience this again.
