Their food    The area has this beach feeling because of the sand and colour coordination on furniture. There is a nice breeze from the lake. We had platter for 2 and Gin & tonic drink and they were sooo good .

The views were amazing but the food was dry and the service was slow. They didn't even bring my drink! After asking where my drink was, I was told that someone had changed my order and that they don't have my drink which was on their menu. Our food came an hour and a half after we had arrived and our booked table wasn't even ready. We pre-ordered our food so that it would be ready by the time we got there.

Good spot for a quiet afternoon, not very kid friendly as most of the play area items are neglected. Waiters are a bit slow and food takes some time to be done. Menu can do with a change, some items are just standard menu items.  View of the lake and surrounding areas is relaxing and almost lets you forget you in the city.Service: 3/5

It was a nice place to visit. Nice chilled vibes. The mocktails I had were not so nice ended up drinking cranberry. The food was nice it didn't really take long for it to be served after we had ordered.Food: 4/5

Honestly the place is very beautiful but the food was horrible. I went there for my sisters baby shower lunch and I couldn't eat anything because the one thing I ordered I couldn't stomach. It looked horrible and tasted even worse. They offered me an alternative meal but after seeing what everyone else had ordered I left the restaurant without eating. The service from our waitress was very slow and she was very negligent.  To make things worse they automatically charge the tip on your bill which I felt was unfair as an unhappy customer.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely. It's wonderfully situated on the lake with a beautiful view. The service we received was fine but we were disappointed with the food. The menu is quite pricey so you expect the best. However the steak we received was mostly fat and poor quality meat. The restaurant has so much potential which could be achieved with a view adjustments. For now, I would reccomend going somewhere else

I've never been so angry at tipping a waiter who didn't deserve it hey. The service was terrible from the food to the waiting time. Everything was horrible except the view. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not to mention that when you arrive no one is there to usher you in, you have to look like a fool going around looking for a table.

I only gave 1 star because I could not choose 0/5. My friends and I will never ever go to Cielo again. Our experience was horrible to say the least. The service is terribly slow and pathetic. The waitress looks like she was half asleep. Took forever to bring our drinks and take our order. We had to call her everytime we wanted something because she never checked in on us. We had to order our 2nd and 3rd drinks 30 mins before we actually wanted it just be they are so slow. The main meals were very disappointing. It was dry and bland. There was a huge problem with the flies. As if all the about wasn't bad enough, at about 15h00 there was a hired DJ that started playing his music and turned it into a "nightclub". Forget that light background music that makes a restaurant warm and delightful. The music was so loud we could barely hear ourselves speak. We requested that the music be turned down a bit so we could atleast converse at our table without having to scream at each other. This was done for short time, until the music was blasting again. Back into night club mode... Your manager is as useless as you can get them. When we requested the music be turned down again he just looks at us like we were the problem. No apologies whatsoever. We requested this twice until we had enough and requested our bill.  Needless to say we all almost lost our voices trying to talk louder than the music and returned home strained voices.  Sad because Cielo has the ability to be a top restaurant based on its "possible" ambience.  My experience years ago was nice, but never will I recommend Cielo again!!!

Situated besides a bed of water, the restaurant is very fancy and clean. I love the general look of the place. The food was also really good we had a meat platter. It was a bit busy though so it was hard to judge the friendliness of the staff as everyone was fully occupied but overall it was a chilled vibe

Despite the beautiful scenery, service lacks. Waiters do not work in a team and not friendly. Menu is very limited but drinks are amazing. Wonderful place to go with friends for drinks and a swim too.
