Wow! Never had such bad service! It was repulsive! Met with kiosk assistance sitting on the counters everyone on their phones. Asking whether the popcorn was fresh? One of them responded "it's obvious" very arrogant. NO CUSTOMERS SKILLS AT ALL! Spoke in Sesotho with colleagues refused to assist me. After so many bad reviews, CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN!
No lights on in cinema 5 before the show, sat in darkness for 10 min before the moovie started. No aircon was so hot and stuffy i left before the end of the show. Toilets are in a poor condition. Picture quality was not great. Doubt if i will return.
To those who are complaining just buy your movie tickets online, those ladies just have mean faces, otherwise they're just okay people, and it's never full there, it's very nice and chilled there. Otherwise I enjoyed my time, I could really breathe with not so many people around.
Very, very bad service. Went to watch Thor: Love and Thunder, the staff watched us pay at self service only to ask my 12 year old brother for ID. They did not allow us to watch Thor and did not want to refund us either. I understand that there are age restrictions but why implement it on certain days and not on others. A week ago he watched Top Gun Maverick at this very cinema without an issue Please ensure signage is placed correctly and staff reiterate the restrictions before non refundable payments are made
The service was great, the tickets are quite affordable actually, however the theater was a bit cold though
Worst place to see a movie in Bloem. Staff is so unfriendly and unhelpful. Battled with their systems with a whole queue waiting, yet movie started. Staff could'nt care at all. Disgraceful!
The movie tickets are affordable. On Tuesdays you get half price on tickets when you use a club card. All the staff members I came across were friendly. It is safe and clean
You can book a movie online during loadshedding just to arrive and find out they don't have generators so you can't watch the movie.
I bought Leson Schuster tickets for for ppl of which the 4th ticket was for my 4 year old son. The self service didn't ask me about age restrictions and when I bought pop corn combos they told me my 4 year old son is not allowed in. I asked are they willing to refund my 4 tickets they said they do not do refunds. So I asked did I just drive from my house with my petrol to donate money for fun. The she rudly explained her self again as if I'm stupid when I was about to leave she spoke to my husband telling my husband we can go inside. Pathetic service
Used to be a great cinema... now things feel like they are moving backward.
