Nu Metro Loch Logan

We are from Cape Town so we come to Loch Logan’s Nu Metro when we come to visit my daughter who lives in Spitskop Ridge. The cinemas are cleaned between movies, which I love. It is also never very full, so no need to worry about someone sneezing over you or encroaching on your space. I also love that it’s right by the food court, so that you can either have something to eat before or after the movie. Our preferred place to eat is Ocean Basket.

Very helpful staff. Even replaced a fallen cup of soda. Thanks guys! Also enjoyed the big screen of course!

Me and my wife went, on Saturday, to watch a recently released movie Plane and asked for the time slot of 17:00 and because the cashier was more interested in what his colleague was joking abt he printed tickets for the 14:00 show...we didn't even notice and waited for the 17:00 show...only when we arrived at 5 we were told that the tickets was for the 2 o'clock show...incompetence isn't the word for the staff there.

The fanta tastes strangely like a powdered drink, even though i saw them pour from the post-mix machine. Loadshedding- about 10mins had to pass in the pitch darkness before things were set up again, and the aircon never came back on... for a 3hr movie, that small point became significant, unfortunately

It was great overall,they just delayed our movie because they didn't expect it to be so early but the film was great and awesome staff aswell

Expected more from our outing. Popcorn was stale and not fresh. We sat for about 20min in theather and waited for the movie to start. Had to go and ask the staff when the movie will start, they forgot about us and to play the movie. Also, when entering they was still busy cleaning and we had to wait outside for them to finish. Was a bit dissapointed overall.

It has been ages since i last watched a movie at Nu Metro. Prices were very expensive for snacks and drinks. Seats was uncomfortable to sit in. The sound was too loud.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. Not many people. Enjoyed it.

-: Numetro has some of the best movies in town. It's a thrilling experience to watch a movie there. I suggest a jersey or jacket for people with sensitive skin to coldness, it does get real chilled out in there. The dimensional sound is amazing, never disappoints! It's location in the mall is ideal and their staff members are some of the nicest people you will meet. I definitely recommend for a large Friendship outings or perhaps with family!

Cinema was clean and as expected. The opening time stated 10:30 but the refreshment stand was only opening as I was entering the cinema.
