I took my family for breakfast at Wimpy in Maseru. As we are frequent travelers, and we know the Wimpy product. We felt demeaned and insulted at what was put in front of us.The food lacked standard. I am talking about Wimpy here!!! First of all, it looked like free food.The size and the presentation was totally questionable. The food looked like leftovers. Maybe they were!! Is this the future Wimpy?? Serving their clientele in “Take away plates? I will forward my complaints to other establishments as well , because this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. The prices went up ,and the portions became smaller,and the presentation went awol. Wimpy will never see me , my friends and family again.
I'm not 100 percent convinced this is a real franchise. The Wimpy product normally offers wi fi all items on the menu hand towels and complimentary sweets. All missing here I think a local entrepreneur may have cloned the brand.
The lady with yellow hair is unwelcoming. She came and dropped menus and went for 15minutes until we called for assistance, when she came She just stands in front of us without greeting us. She has attitude.she is rude. Whimpy Lesotho is terrible with service. No one cares . We came came to enjoy breakfast with kids but our day was spoiled. A terrible morning we experienced with wimpy Lesotho.
I was try to buy a Ice Cream this afternoon, when I order a ice cream, one of a clerk cashier just stare at me for 5 Sec without any answering back Is like I owe her money, than I ask for second time she just said don't have for Ice Cream for sale. I feel so disappointed the Service like this in Wimpy at Pioneer Mall. I tell myself will never go this Wimpy restaurant again.
They served a consumer broken glasses in juice and offered him M20,000.00 but refused to take full responsibility of the incidence. I will never dine here
Service is so slow the food may be nice but they are always unprepared for customers you may disagree idc ,also the waitresses need an attitude adjustment
The services are good and on top of that the food is just delicious
Half of the menu is not available.
