Great experience thus far. Andrew from Sales did a sight visit for the apartment building. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The project turned out to be a bigger challenge and Andrew is keeping me in the loop as he goes along. Will follow up with a closing review. Good service thus far.

The administration team at city bowl armed response are fantastic. They go out of their way to be accommodating and are very efficient. All of the members of the team that I have had dealings with have been great. I fortunately have not had to rely on their security for a break in yet but I feel confident that I would be happy with the service.

Great response time and brilliant with communication. Anything unusual happens get a phone call or a text if they can't get hold of me.

Few hours ago one of the armed response guys decides to pepper spray a black man just because he was shouting. This is totally unacceptable and I will be phoning you guys when you are open and I have a liscense plate number so be prepared because I am taking this guy. Justice is about the be served!!!!

I don't have other experiences but they respond quickly and call us if anything unusual happens. Good tech support.
