A really good gym with enough equipment to keep anyone busy. Friendly staff and excellent classes for all fitness groups makes for a wonderful all round experience. Parking might be a bit of an issue on busy hours during the day, but the nearby car park offers free parking for a short time - enough to get your heart pumping for more than an hour.
Ample secure parking that is underground and free for 2hours. Gym is clean and well equipped. Free high speed WiFi throughout gym. Great variety of group exercise classes from yoga, pilates, step, shape and cardio boxing and a high tech spinning studio bikes reading power output.
They don't log my exercises most of the time, causing me to have missed out on a lot of rewards with Multiply. Furthermore, I haven't received one single discounted month since joining almost a year ago, even though I have adhered to all the requirements. All the equipment have stickers on that says "Warning: This equipment is out of order". If you are serious about gym and getting your active days, stay well away from this place. As soon as my contract expires I am moving elsewhere.
This is fantastic club with lots of high tech equipment....Internet Youtube and music channels on most cardio equipment and others. Streetview is deceptive because once you go inside you discover that it much larger than expected with a large spread of facilities on 2 levels. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Club extremely clean and not overcrowded.
One of the best gyms I have ever experienced! the colours are relaxing and the blend of an in-house coffee shop just do-it for me!

Sadly the Cape Go Health branch is closing down end July 2019. Whilst they have a good selection of self monitoring training equipment, it is rather disappointing that they did not find an alternative way to make this project work.
Clean well equipped gym. Modern up to date equipment. Good selection of classes every day. Very clean bathrooms.
