Poorly maintained - no signs put up if machines are out of order. You have to constantly go to one of the workers to report that a machine is not working in order for you to get a refund on your tokens used. Waste of time Visited on 12 November 2022

Not a good venue for Team Building. EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC. Button broken - can be turned down. Use the venue if you want an earache

It is a fun place to be, however the the arcade is poorly maintained. The are some machines that weren't working but the public weren't being warned about them, and we lost tokens to those. It advisable not to go there on public holidays/month ends as it gets so crowded and you have to wait in long queues to access the ticket machines and again the check-out points. Highly recommend bowling and laser tag to a group of people. All in all it's a 7/10 for me.

Most of the games were out of order and not working, some didn't even have signs on stating it wasn't working. Machines took the tokens and then didn't work. Nearly all the ticket counting machines were broken.

The arcade is in horrible condition, half the games are out of order. The games are also very old and in dire need of maintenance or replacement. The 4d ride was a huge disappointment! The screen was so dirty that we could not even see the effects properly! R 40 for that !! Never again. The staff at all the kiosks are so rude and annoyed with everything around them. This was such a wonderful place to visit, but now it looks terrible!

We were there today, the arcade is absolutely horrendous. Over half the machines don't work, you can't buy tokens unless you use cash coins and tap don't work The only playable game is the hair hockey and half the machines are broken and they don't have enough equipment to even play. The machines are very expensive as well. Definitely needs new management and a overhaul

Very nice setup and the kids enjoyed it, but the staff at the counter is very unfriendly and unprofessional. While I was talking she just turned around and walked away and started helping someone else without saying anything.

Pretty expensive arcade where even if you choose the highest paying games you need to spend about +- R1000 to get a decent prize, otherwise bowling was fun and they have laser tag but never got to try it
