Great place to visit ,had a great time I won't lie

Can tell this place use to be a popular place but now lack of maintenance and service has let the place down. We were the only guest on the property. I'll just list the problems we had. Dogs running around unattend took shoes and heart rate motors from our rooms. On arrival there wasn't a remote avaliable for us at the gate and were told to call when we need to leave. Almost no cutlery and crockery. Booked for 8 ppl we had 2 forks on arrival no can opener, no bread knife or any sharp knifes or sciccors. Gas stove: didn't work when we got there had to ask for new gas where they bought a almost empty bottle of gas which lasted the night pretty sure there's a leak. Had to call numerous times to find out what's happening with the gas and only got replaced 4hrs later. Towels: we booked for 4nights not once were we offered new towels or an option for them to be cleaned. We had to go and find someone around the property to ask if we can get new towels. Then we're given 6 towels for 8 ppl. When there wasn't enough to begin with and some using hair towels to dry. This place as the ability to be amazing I'm sorry I had to write this but this was by far the most frustrating stay away.

The place its self is awesome. The views great and the access manageable. But the service from the staff is atrocious, the pool is in a disgraceful state and they have water issues at the bathrooms.

It's a good place for family en friends entertainment, en it was my first time really enjoyed

It's a beautiful during for agriculture and the hotel location,it is so quiet place to spend the weekend to with the beautiful organic gardens
