The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The room has air-conditionin, kettle to make tea/coffee, a tv, wifi and a table to work at.Rooms: 5/5

The rooms are good, clean with fresh bedding. The only issue for some is the bathroom makes it uncomfortable if you are not a couple. Sliding Toilet door which doesnt close 100 makes for a very audible toilet experience for the one outside. Adjacent to it is a shower with insufficient light and a half wall to separate the 2 from the beds, making it quite uncomfortable when you are sharing with maybe a work colleague as privacy is very limited. TVs are 32" with no Satellite TV. Other than that, everything else is great, breakfast is a buffet, coffee is available, a snack dispensing machine is available, as well as an ice machine.

Staff were great and nice breakfasts. Rooms were good and well maintained. Guests were noisy but not much they can do about that. Convenient for good restaurants on road opposite and a good experience overall thank youRooms: 5/5

Road Lodge is a hotel group i regularly stay at. However, this instance, however, as enjoyable as the room was. Breakfast was dismal. They allowed the food to run down without restocking it. The cheese also had mold on it. At least they had cereal and juice and a coffee machine. So there is that. Was disappointed in them.Rooms: 4/5

For business guys , merely to sleep and go for business , is good place. They provide only two sachets of coffee in the room and four sachets of sugar. Phone in the room does not work so you will have to go down to ask for more coffee sachets as they do not give room service.Rooms: 3/5

Staff is noisy, laughing and answering phones in the corridors besides that all is well, enjoyed my stay and my breakfast was on point on both days. Adding a hotel shuttle would a be a great idea, spent ridiculous amounts of money just to go around.

Stay away from Road lodge mbombela, Service is way too bad, some of their aircon are not working. Was moved to another room, full of cockroaches, stay away if you don’t want problems Have to check out immediately..

The telephone in my room was not working and someone came and knocked at my room when i tried to call reception i couldn't reach them and I was so scared because i was not expecting any one and the person didn't mention who he or she was. Safety: As stated above
