One thing I appreciated the most, was the comfortability of the beds, especially after a long drive from Durban, sleeping so comfortably was like a dream. I was, however disappointed that we couldn't swim coz the pools were dirty.Rooms: 3/5
Beautiful place, convenient, safe and the staff is hospitable, friendly, helpful. Hosted us beautifully. The clean linen, bathroom and well kept rooms made our stay pleasant. Enjoyed the pool, felt like home away from home. Oh the view from ons of the pools there is magnificent, the pool near the restaurant. Beautiful view of the city and mountain backdrop. And having a bath tub instead of a shower was a plus for me well except the inconvenience of not having a bar fridge in room 46 where we stayed we had a great time. Oh and the guy who helped us with our booking over the phone; Howard, excellent service thank you.
The hotel was clean and cozy the only bummer was some of the guests that were absolutely inconsiderate! I can understand being noisy during the day time, but after midnight and early hours of the morning! Not on. We should all conform to standards of good behavior. You are not on your private property. The room next door does not lead to your kitchen, it's a hotel and have other guests . So be considered!
I booked the place and conferm my booking. Come the day of arrival. I found that my reservation was taken. I didn't like the way the female reception talked with me. The rooms are not clean as it seems.. the carpets smells bad,we could see dust even after they have cleaned the rooms.Rooms: 2/5
I lost a lot of things which were unaccounted for. The rooms are not properly cleaned and the receptionist acted like it's okay when i reported this. Bad hygiene is normalised! They really need to improve on the safety of their guests belongings and cleanliness because it is generally a nice affordable lodge.
I loved every thing about the place...especially the swimming pools they have more than one....and it's cleanRooms: 5/5
Neat and tidy... clean as well. Not many extras depending on which room you take. We stayed in the cheaper accommodations as we only needed a place to sleep for the evening but it was still up to par. I did have a problem with people being loud in the evening as the rooms are closely situated to one another. Easy to find and good security
AMAZING rooms for a very good price. The breakfast is also great with lota of helpful staff.Rooms: 5/5
