I’m always looking for better bakeries for our special occasion cakes as some look great but don’t taste that great and others taste great but are lacking on the artistic side. I have used Claudia’s twice in the last year for custom cakes and they are AMAZING! in addition to offering ready made they create beautiful custom cakes that taste even better than they look. So excited to find this gem!

This bakery has true artisans working for them. Not only are the cakes with buttercream or whipped cream frosting delicious, but their cake art work is spot on and looks expensive AND professional!! I highly recommend this bakery if you are looking for someone who will listen to your thoughts and follow your creative idea designs.

2 words: Muy Delicioso!!! My daughter and I walked in on a whim and we're so glad we did! The young lady that welcomed us in told us they specialize in a variety of Tres Leches cakes. We picked the Strawberry Tres Leches and oh man- it's probably the best one I've EVER had!! Ive already shared their information with my mama and mother in law lol Thank you for the delicious treats

From walking in the door, was back out in 10 minutes with this. Was not a pre-order, the cake was great, and over the phone called to see if same-day was an option and in-person the service was good.

Had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back for all our future cake orders. They executed my mom's 50th b day cake wonderfully. It was made exactly to our specifications and it tasted amazing. It was the hit of the party. Thank you!

Each and every time I've purchased cakes at Claudia's Cakes, I am simply amazed at the flavor and freshness. Not only are the cakes yummy, but the service is friendly and inviting. Best tres leches cakes in the DFW area.

BEWARE! I arrived at Claudia's cakes and what's usually a good experience with a young female upfront turned into an argument about customer service. A different female up front who "assisted" me had an attitude from the beginning. No greetings at all. I then asked for a coffee tres leches cake and she grabbed one from the first cooler. I seen other coffee cakes near by with expiration dates and asked what was the difference between the two. She responded " It's written on there Monday that's what it means. I asked her if she knew the definition of customer service. I was upset after going there several times and referring customers there, This lady makes me believe they are either switching expiration dates or just don't care about customer service. While checking out, a short man with an obvious napoleon complex abruptly appeared and ignited the situation instead of diffusing. He even gestured shooshing me away. My elderly mother in law was with me and cried emotionally due to the treatment at this establishment.The ignorance in this place in rampant and I would avoid this place in the future. You have been warned.

Came in last minute looking for a pre-made tres leches cake for my birthday in two days after hearing a ton of amazing news about their cakes. The lady at the front desk was very nice. They are taking a lot of precautions to protect against Covid. The cake is also absolutely delicious! My boyfriend says it’s the best tres leches hes ever had.

Loved their macarons! Favorite was the pistachio ones!

I came in with great joy and exceptions having read the reviews and seen the photos. And since I always drive by I thought to give a local bakery a shot. I thought for sure they’d get my cake spot on. I was very much mistaken. 3 reference photos and 10 days advance to the party date. And they still got it so wrong. I’d asked for a Bluey number 6 pull apart cake no hard colors, soft blues and light oranges like the reference photoI provided bc. I bought the cake decorations given it’s not a common American show so finding some is hard. When I was told the price I thought it was a bit much, but at the time I just wanted this cake to be perfect. The day of pick up I went in with a huge smile and excitement, when the girl behind the counter opened the box and revealed what looked like a very beautiful but incredibly wrong letter “C” that really looked more like a limp d*** with hard blue and hard and hard orange colors. No little flowers no indention that this was a number at all. If I’d known that the cooks bc could coins I’d have just ask for a letter. Needless to say I was distraught and disappointed. So very disappointed. When I told the girl at the counter she didn’t know what to do and the cook came out and then tried to mansplain how cupcake organizing went. I didn’t need his attitude. Very rude. Extremely disrespectful. When my guest tried the cake most exclaimed that the cupcakes tasted store bought out of the box. Not worth the money. Overall the cake was average. If it’d been right at all it would have been deemed cute. But it was all wrong and they had plenty of references and instruction. I was expected to pay $100 +tax for average and wrong, completely disappointing. I’m starting to think these reviews are either bought, fake, or employees and family members. If I could give them a 0/5 I would but there no option.
