Staff and personal exceeded my expectations.very helpful,friendly and fast effective services.

Shocking! I enquired prior to going and was told to be there on a Monday or Tuesday between 13h30 an 16h30. I went earlier and the queue was very long. We were turned away at 15h45 saying they were closing. It was the staff and Security attitude that was shameful and belittling. I can't even give them a one star. Needless to say I have to go back there again and probably be further humiliated and turned away again.

Wish I can rate them a minus. Try now for 2 days to talk to the Call Centre. Each time that they answer after few seconds they end the call while still talking. Extremely bad service!!!

They don't answer calls

This is the most incompetent department in the world. No accountability. The decline applications will nully because they are lazy and incompetent.

The queues were unbelievably long. Most citizens will stand in the que for hours and not even get into the building. Surely this can be addressed it is totally ridiculous. Why is it that all government run entities face this dilemma? And the staff really do not give a damn.

Absolutely terrible service. The queues for the relief grant are too long and there are only 1 or 2 people are working at a time, the rest of the offices are always empty. I tried calling the head office for the past two days now with no reply. Please do something about this.

Worst service ever no one answers the phone and I have been waiting 3 months for them to verify my banking details.

The lady was very Friendly but nowhere on their website do they tell you to go to co Prinsloo and Preroius for Sassa.Had to walk 2km with a walking stick to get there!
