"Plastilon Packaging had a very small and humble start in the back room of an estate agency in Lynnwood, Pretoria in 1973, by husband-and-wife team Ben & Lyn de Wet.The initial product range was plastic bags in the form of butcher bags and carry bags, with a few customers buying customised printed bags.However, Ben realised very soon that variety was essential and started expanding the range.Plastilon offers an exciting product range of more than 3 000 items!Today we have 50 years experience in the Packaging Industry with customised branding and Whole Sale ranges for Boxes, Bubble Wrap, Protective Packaging, Plastic Bags, Food Packaging, Drums, Crates and so much more!"

Great service from the team. When I asked for an item, the staff member walked me to the aisle. They did not have an item in stock, and I was given a number to call tomorrow to find out if they can get it in again. The cashier was friendly and carried my parcel to the car. Thank you for amazing service.
A variety of goods availeble. Household Cleaning, Stationary, Packageing, Very effiecient till points, with friendly staff. Parking can sometimes be limited, but the quick service at till points, will have your parking spot open upon arrival!
Awful service. No one to assist you. If you see someone theyll mostly duck and cover into an aisle somewhere. If you eventually do manage to run after someone to help you, they will treat you like dirt. Avoid frustration. Find another place to shop.
This is one of the best places in Pretoria. Please make a website or i can get you the right person to help. So people can see and order online and you can just ship say with The courier guy all over SA. Please let met know.
Brilliant place to shop and love the prices to each item and service excellent
Friendy shaded parking in front of the business with additional safe parking accross the street. Will be easily accessable for anyone in a wheelchair. Wide isles and two levels connectec by a ramp. I had a staff member assist from the moment I entered the premises and he kept on checking that I was finding all I was looking for at regular intervals.Good selection of all kinds of packaging with reasonable prices on most. I can reccommend anyone to pay this business a visit if you are in need of packaging, cleaning materials, storage and plastics.
So we were looking for a toilet roll dispenser refill. After asking the guy who works at the counter don’t know his name He didn’t assist, was on his phone most of the time. Oh wait he told us too google it. He probably gave it half a try. We left the shop and googled the size of the toilet roll and went back in. So a VERY nice lady assisted us in two minutes, walked with us to our car and even assisted us opening the dispenser and to put in the roll. Very impressed with her, the rest of our experience not so much.

There products is real value for your money. I like this place
Worst Customer Service ever, always delayed to check their order mails! Then the whole order is delayed by having to check if there is stock afterwards after expressly asking to have it be checked beforehand. Then its struggling endlessly to get feedback on the credits once you already paid for full order. Extremely unhelpful and a general "I just to don't care attitude" is expressed by almost all the Sales Reps assisting you. Still till this day no feedback on stock ordered & after more than 2 weeks with numerous email and telephone follow ups. Utter waste of time, and their prices is no as competitive as it use to be!
